Takuto Manga Webcomic

I was originally working on my own Manga Webcomic website, however late last year I failed the project due to time and motivation issues. What I really had wanted to work on was my other project, Takuto. Takuto's final form has come as a Video Manga Webcomic.

-Series Description-

Takuto aspires to become a pro mage, but the problem with this is that he has failed the entrance exam to the school he wants to go to 3 years in a row. He will try again for his 4th year.

In Takuto, a world of excitement and fantasy x_x, a "Pro Mage" is a lot less like the Harry Potter term, and a bit more a way to depict a Kung Fu Artist that has the ability to use magic to aid him in a "match". 'Battling/Fighting' is played like a sport, like a game. Not expressed in the dark way you would think; rather a fun, bright, and exciting game than a barbaric match to the death.

To become a Professional, it would mean that you have to make it into the rosters in the 'Big Leagues'. Takuto has been inspired by sports and competition, in that the uniqueness of every individual is brought out through their own styles or technique of 'play'.

The magic of the world works pretty simply. The astrological sign you were born under determines your element. There are 3 for each of the 4 elements. Fire is: Aries, Leo, Saggitarius. Earth is: Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn. Wind (replaced with air for the sake of it's physical attributes) is: Gemini, Libra, Aquarius, and Water is: Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces.

Takuto is a Video Webcomic. Well...it is actually a Machinima, but I like the term "Video Webcomic"....I find Machinimas include series like Red Vs Blue and First Person Shooter type games.
